FAQs, Ordering and Return Policies

Where are your products made?

We create our products using porcelain and enamel blanks from all over the world. Our Pickard China products are made in Illinois. All hand painting, decorating, and assembly of our products happens in our Northfield, Illinois studio, on the North Shore of Chicago.

 

How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

Because all of our products are assembled by hand in our Northfield, IL studio, it takes between four and eight days to process each order. Shipping speed depends on the option you choose during the checkout process.

 

What happens if there's an error with personalization, or my order is broken during shipping?

All sales are final for all of our personalized products, except in the event of our misspelling, misprint, or other error in processing your order, or if your order arrives broken. If that's the case, please return the item to us within two weeks, and we'll refund the amount you've paid, in full, or we'll replace the product.


If I need an item by a certain date, can I get it?

We offer rush processing; please contact us through the Contact Us page, or email us at info@glazeware.com.

 

Can a customized item be returned?

For our personalized products, all sales are final, except if we make an error, misprint, or misspelling, or your product arrives broken. For details on returns in these situations, please return the item to us within two weeks, and we'll refund the amount you've paid, in full, or we'll replace the product.
